Located 35 minutes from Park City, this trip is for those interested in getting out of the lift lines and into the wild. If you are new to backcountry touring and want to gain the knowledge and skills to begging touring safely in the mountains, this is the perfect clinic for you. In this full day clinic, our professional guides will teach you the following skills:

• Avalanche forecast and snow stability assessment
• Safe travel techniques and companion rescue
• Tour planning and equipment use

Itinerary

• 8:00 AM Meet at headquarters
• 8:15 AM Resources, rules, and overview of day
• 8:30 AM We'll start out via snowmobile which allows us to access the most terrain possible.
• 12:00 PM Lunch
• 4:00 PM End of backcountry clinic
