Great for first timers or people looking to refresh some of their skills. Located approximately 45 minutes from Vail, this is a great way to experience privacy, Colorado mountains, a working ranch, and fly fishing.

  • 9:00 AM Arrive at Copper Spur Ranch
  • 9:30 AM Fly rod orientation and casting lesson
  • 10:15 AM Fish lower pond for Brook Trout
  • 11:00 AM Fish upper pond for Rainbow trout
  • 12:00 PM Depart

Copper Spur ranch encompasses 1,100 acres of land outside of Vail, Colorado and backs up against 20,000+ of remote and hard to reach public land. It is wildly Colorado.
