Learn how to hunt, harvest, field dress, and cook your own wild pig meat.  In addition to helping control the population of an invasive and destructive species in southern Florida, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of your food chain.  This is a real 'hunt to table' experience in southern Florida.  The hunt is able to be done in one day or over multiple days (upon request).  You'll be hunting on 1,200 acres of private land on the Devils Garden Slough Ranch near Clewiston, Fl.

- Guide
- Hunting equipment (gun, ammo, night vision, vehicle on ranch)
- 1 meat Boar*
- Processing (field dressing, butchering, and packing) of meat 
-Private chef to come to your home and teach group wild game cooking


**Meat processing may take up to 2 weeks depending on number of hogs, meat delivery can be arranged for additional $200 (or cost of shipping, to be billed after hunt)**

To avoid expensive shipping fees, participants may take field dressed (quartered) meat home in cooler and find butcher in home town.  Pursuit will take invoice of butcher shop for one hog, and charge flat rate for additional butchering.  If flying, you may check frozen meat in a cooler with most major airlines.   Frozen meat will remain unspoiled for 24 hours in most coolers.

- 4:00 PM - Arrive at hunting location
- 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Guide introduction, safety talk, hunt plan
- 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Hog Hunt
- 10:00PM - 11:00 PM - Field dress & pack hog
- 11:30 PM - Depart for home or to hotel

### Dinner date chosen by group
- 4:30 PM - Apps & drinks 
- 6:00 PM - Private wild game chef teaches you how to cook dinner

Southern Florida Private Land Boar Hunt & Private Chef

Boar hunt on a private ranch in southern Florida.  In addition to helping with population control for the invasive and destructive hog species, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of your own food chain.   This hunt can  be done in one day or over multiple days (upon request).  You'll be hunting on 1,200 acres of private land on the Devils Garden Slough Ranch near Clewiston, FL (near Lake Okeechobee, approximately 90 minutes from  Miami and 75 minutes from Fort Myers).
