This is an exclusive event with 18x world record holder, renowned speaker, and freediving legend William Trubridge. A high intensity retreat that will help you find peace beneath the waves, listening to the whale song, while building mental strength, resilience and equanimity.

Over the course of a week on the Hawaiian island of Maui, you will have a chance to become an aquatic creature, to escape from gravity and thoughts of past and future, and to find your true self below the surface.  You will experience yourself literally as a speck of consciousness floating freely in the infinite abyss. From this timeless point you can reconstruct your own life, shaping yourself with the skills and habits you desire, as well as dissolving the fears and weaknesses that hinder you. Freediving is an activity that can be used as a catalyst to overcome the limits and boundaries you have been imposing on yourself.   You may think you can hold your breath for only seconds, or only dive down a few meters, but we will show you how to stop your breath calmly for minutes and go down to depths of 15-25 meters (if you so desire), all the while feeling at ease and more-than-ever present.
