By default, a customer can request a refund until 30 days before the trip begins. This gives Pursuit and the activity suppliers enough time to find someone else to fill the spot. Within 30 days of the trip, no refunds will be given. Deposits paid for trips are typically non-refundable since suppliers use those funds to prepare for the trip.
